First Light on Mary's Sketchbook Project book
Well, I've been busy with traveling and working on my novel for NaNoWriMo, and I haven't been at all happy with this sketchbook--poor quality paper!! I like to do water media and paper is too thin and transparent for that. But here are my efforts, such they are. Andrea's are so much better!!!
The inner cover is done with pigment pens
The first 2-page spread of a turtle is done in watercolors.
Pink Evening Primrose, Texas; water-color pencils and pen and ink.
Last Roses of Autumn; water color pencils.
Leaning Tower: Pigment pens and water-color pencils.
Engakulated; Pigment pens and water-color pencils.
Disengakulated; Pigment pens and water-color pencils.

Hide the Horror
I picked the monochromatic theme.
I also started this book in the middle and since I finished this piece that choice has kind of stumped me. Hopefully I can move on to my second piece soon.
Greetings Sketchbook Project Members
I invite you to blog here. My posts will follow. I am leaving for a trip, not sure when I will be able to blog. Next week maybe.
